How long will it take for my application to be approved?

Once the free version of Cialfo is ready for release, we'll approve your application within 1-2 working days. You'll receive an email from us notifying you that your account has been created!

Who should use Cialfo?

Any high school can use Cialfo! Cialfo is a college and career readiness platform built for counselors or administrators, teachers, and students.

What features can I use for free?

Most features schools need are available for free in Cialfo. However, there are some limitations: you won't be able to use document sending, assessments, reports, surveys, or resources in the free version.

Will you sell my data?

We take student privacy seriously! Cialfo is GDPR compliant and Privacy Shield certified. We will never sell student data whether you’re on a paid or free version. For more information, go to our Privacy Policy.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! You can sign up for Cialfo without signing a contract. However, our regular Terms of Service still apply.

What if I'm a current Cialfo client?

If you're a current Cialfo client, nothing changes for your school. You'll automatically be upgraded, and you'll be able to use all the same features you have been using before.
